Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please email us at info@fairearthco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Handmade & Natural Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade, small-batch, or crafted from natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish may occur.

These small inconsistencies are not defects — they are part of what makes each item unique and sustainably made.

Returns will not be accepted for minor variations that do not impact the functionality of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@fairearthco.com:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened personal care products

• Used zero-waste items

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@fairearthco.com.
